Ivy Chac Luc, Psy.D

Dr. Luc completed her masters and doctoral degrees at California Lutheran University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Sovereign Health of California County in Culver City, California. She offers her clients an individualized, empowering, values-based, and solution-focused therapeutic approach, which derive from several therapeutic approaches, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her previous clinical experiences include working with children, adolescent, adults and families in school setting, domestic violence center and shelter, community counseling center, and dual diagnosis mental health center. She specializes in working with clients who experience mood disorder, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, acculturation difficulties, and domestic violence survivor and children. She is fluent in other languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese.
